Individual, Couple & Family Therapy
““I’m constantly worried I’m not doing enough.”
“We’re so busy surviving, I barely recognize my partner anymore.”
“Our family feels disconnected, even though we’re all together”.
Sound familiar?
I see you.
Caring for a loved one with special needs, complex medical conditions, or aging-related challenges can be deeply meaningful—but also exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating.
You may be the one everyone relies on. The one holding everything together. And at the same time, you may feel like you’re running on empty.
Over time, caregiving can begin to affect not just your own wellbeing—but your relationships, your family, and your sense of self.
Caregiver Burnout
The emotional and physical exhaustion that comes from caring for others while putting your own needs last. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm and create more sustainable ways of coping.
I am here to help with:
Anxiety & Chronic Stress
Ongoing worry and tension about your or your loved ones complex medical needs can leave you feeling constantly “on edge” and can take a toll over time. We focus on helping you feel more grounded, regulated, in control finding acceptance in uncertainty.
Depression & Emotional Exhaustion
Feelings of heaviness, disconnection, or loss of motivation are common when you’ve been carrying too much for too long. Therapy offers space to process and reconnect.
Trauma & Attachment Injuries
Past or recent experiences—such as betrayal or relational wounds—can deeply impact your sense of safety and trust. We work to process these experiences and support healing.
Grief & Life Transitions
Dealing with chronic illness often comes with ongoing or ambiguous grief and major life changes. We create space to process loss while adjusting to new roles and realities.
Family Dynamics & Conflict
When stress is high, families can feel disconnected or overwhelmed. Therapy can help create more understanding, structure, and support within the family system.
Couples & Relationship Stress
Complex medical needs can place significant strain on relationships. We focus on improving communication, rebuilding connection, and navigating challenges together.
If you’re ready to…
Work with someone who truly understands complex care
Improve relational patterns that feel strained or reactive
Find steady support in the middle of uncertainty
Feel more grounded even on the hard days
…let’s connect.
BECAUSE consistent support creates stability and stability makes sustainable caregiving for self and others possible.

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan. Part of the process is helping you make sense of what you’re carrying and where to begin. As a mom of special needs, I understand everyones journey is unique.

Many caregivers feel this way. Sessions are designed to be a supportive, efficient use of your time, and we can work together to find scheduling options that realistically fit into your life. Virtual sessions are always optional!

No, I do not accept insurance. Many insurance plans require a formal mental health diagnosis for coverage. My practice is designed to provide support without requiring that step, allowing for a more personalized and client-centered approach to care. I would be happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
