Sessions are 50 minutes long and are billed at $125.00

90 minute sessions are available.

I do not accept insurance. Insurance companies would require me to diagnose you. I am a firm believer that we are more then a label. Additionally, insurance companies have the right to limit the amount of sessions necessary. I can provide you with a super bill once a month that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

There is no fixed amount of time required. Therapy can be short-term or longer-term depending on your needs, goals, and what feels supportive for you. We’ll check in along the way to make sure the process continues to fit you.
